General Adding "Toggle Relative Mouse Only when FA-Off" and Different EDO Disembark Locations to Large Ships

This thread has suggestions for two things in the game: 1. Relative Mouse setting, 2. EDO's disembark feature.

1. Relative Mouse
The Relative Mouse setting could significantly improve the Flight Assist Off experiences when playing with mouse&keyboard, but it makes supercruise navigation a terrible thing to do as there is no FA-off in supercruise and players would need a very long mouse pad to make a turn in supercruise. So a suggestion about this:
Add something like "only when flight assist is off" option to the Relative Mouse setting.

2. EDO Ship Disembark Locations
Medium and large sized ships in game only has one embark/disembark teleport location, which makes a little sense and is sometimes annoying as players need to run from the front of a ship like Federal Corvette all the way to the rear of the ship to enter a starport concourse. It can be observed from the modelling that many larger ships obviously have more than one access points to embark/disembark. So a suggestion about this:
Make medium / large ships have multiple embark/disembark access locations. Players can embark a ship via any of the access locations, and should be able to set default disembark location / choose which access location to disembark.
