Adding Water/Terrain Adjustments

On the second island (forgot the name). You can only adjust the land height and add water in certain places. Not sure why but this makes it very difficult to add more enclosures due to the limitations on where we can put water. I get that water needs to be in a low spot but the terrain adjustment tool, to lower the land, wouldn't even work. What gives? I had no issues on the first island so why do I have issues with the on the second island? Just bring the Planet Coaster terrain tool to this game and everything will be solved. Please. What has everyone else done to add water to places that wouldn't accept water?

i had the same issue, but eventually after a LOT of terraforming i managed to put water in the small triangle down below the entrance.. (for my Raptor enclosure.)

I almost gave up..

But it is possible. You might need to terraform far outside the area you want to build first and then work form the outside in to get the result.

I also played a lot with all available options. Lower, raise, flatten, and smooth.

Thanks Dusty. I'll have to try that. Just found it odd that you can't add water or adjust the land in some places. I'll see if I can "drag" water in.
