I wish I could pay some money to certain government for safe passage through their territory, no aggresive security, friendly stations even when I've got bounty on my head in this particular system. Let's say it would be possible after I got allied with the faction and paid myself into the shady organisation. Like a VIP that can sometimes kill someone by accident in the access corridor and no one would ask a question ( and most certainly I wouldn't be killed by the station ). This could be categorized like : anarchy system=low price , medium=medium, high security=a really really high price.
That way we could somehow buy an insurance so later we wouldn't have to waste time for interstellar factors..and very often those 50cr fines ( and consequences ) can be frustrating.
