Add'l skins request

Frontier, if you are watching - I just want to say THANK YOU.

Thank you for creating an amazing game which has gotten so much TLC from the team over at the studio. Jurassic World Evolution 2 is my favorite game, ever. You created a world I can relax in while enjoying these amazing dinosaurs in the Jurassic franchise.

So, with so much love for this game - I'd love to suggest/request some additional skins that are currently missing from the game.

1. Fallen Kingdom Brachiosaurus - this 2018 variant with the blue crest can technically be "replicated" in the game already (which is derivative version of the 1993 Brachiosaurs anyways) but it doesn't have that precise "skin look" from the more updated model featured in Fallen kingdom.

2. Allosaurus - we actually do not have a proper "juvenile" allosaurus in the game as featured in 2018's FK. The in game model is based off of this, but we do not have the sizing and color scheme of the one featured in the movie. It would be fantastic to get a slightly smaller (or not- just same size if you will) movie skin version with this pretty cool color scheme.

3. Male Nasutoceratops - This male is a beast! It has obvious differences from the female and just imagining making a herd of Nasuto's with both the male and female variants would be really epic.

4. 1997 Pteranodon - I don't think I need an explanation for this iconic animal. We just need this beautiful pteranodon in the game, it's the only one missing from The Lost World.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: VARIANT SKIN REQUESTS

Just like the 2022 Giga variant (among many others) have gotten their own skins, I would love to see that implemented for the remaining variants in the game (to me a variant just simply means "different body version").

1993 Triceratops
2001 Pteranodon
2001 Brachiosaurus
2001 Velociraptor (I know only the head is different, but it would be amazing to see this variant get the same love and attention as the atrociraptors)
2018 Juvenile Allo (if added)
2019 Adult Allosaurus (Dominion)

Thank you for taking the time to read through my post and possibly considering these skins. I know these are just skins, but I'd like to think I came to the right place to be a complete fan boy haha.

Have a great day!!

Jens Erik already confirmed on December they have no plans for the cosmetics classified as skins to have the same treatment as variants, because they’re not officially identified as such. “Variants”, summarizing both his statements and my experience on the Species Viewer, are more than just different model mesh changes no matter how radically different they are, but complete reworks as if they’re new species from a technical perspective with one or three of the following perks: Size Changes, New/Reworked Animations, and New Sounds (the latter which is not limited to variants). So, I don’t know if any of it would change anytime soon for any of the “Skins” themselves.

But, if anything, the variants that weren’t included with the update that introduced the variant customization treatment are the Allosaurus 2022 and Dimorphodon 2022 designs, because they’re classified as such.

While the Pteranodon 2001 cosmetic is identified as a skin, it does have similarities to what a variant would have, which I already shared here. So, at the time of this post, I don’t know what they have in mind for it when it comes to classifying what it is. Either staying as a “Skin” as unique exception, or changing it to a “Variant” because of the technical differences, including new animations and size differences, from the Jurassic World Pteranodon?

I would include the male t-rex model.

I think that the Lost World Stegosaurus, feathered T. rex, and furry Dimorphodon should be made variants with their own unique skins as well.
YES!! How could I forget those, esp the feathered T.Rex, imagine some amazing colors just like they've done for the Pyro, and all the other feathered species. Speaking of which, including the brand new Feathered Species Pack set to release next week!
