The news of your release has been a great boon to the remaining team at Aegis. The team has been ecstatic that the Federal Navy has come to their senses. At least enough to acknowledge your keen insight, and noble efforts, to stop the madman Caleb Wycherley and his forces at Azimuth Biochemicals.
The team knows you have gone through a lot this last year, and it has been trying times for those that have remained with Aegis as well. Many have left, along with the super powers support, and many of the Aegis facilities have continued to be seized by pro-war anti-zeno forces. It seems the whole galaxy is now bent on further escalation of the Thargoid conflict, rather than science, defense, and understanding.
Many are disregarding the science and discovery needed to keep humanity safe, and they are not pursuing a greater knowledge of the Thargoid race and their technology. Additionally, the team received disturbing data from the events at HIP 22460, and believe humanity is currently vulnerable and at great risk. We need a way to defend humanity, or all may be lost.
The remaining Aegis team implores you to consider returning to what remains of Aegis. We must find a new home for our facilities, and work to rebuild. Aegis must continue the great work it once performed, and work to protect humanity. There are many highly regarded engineers, independent pilots, and supporters who want to see an independent Aegis. One that is free of the corruption and manipulations of the super powers and their political elite. An Aegis that is based on science, research, understanding, AND humanities defense.
Aegis needs your leadership and skills now, more than ever. Your intuition and insight were correct with Caleb Wycherley. Aegis needs your skills again, and implore you to consider rejoining those that have remained to fight for truth, science, and humanity.
