It gets the best of both worlds from the Eagle and Viper, easily superior to both.

yep this ship is like a viper with better agility, speed, jump range, power

just need a few tweaks regarding the internals

The power usage is remarkable, it basically has no issues regardless of build I think. The pitch rate is extremely good also.

It's a very interesting little ship actually and I can see some brave pvp souls trying it out. In good hands this'll be a killer of much bigger ships I think.
