ADS Cant locate Pirates ?

My first non-base assault Assassination mission in ages, and my ADS Honk detected nothing in system (several honks).
When I dropped at the Nav Point and scanned the beacon, I got the target planet.

Is this new ? Would help as I could drop the ADS from my Combat Vessels.

I used an ADS as recently as yesterday for an assassination mission, and it worked normally.

Does your ADS need topping up with repair?

Yes, since 3.0.3 out of three assassination missions I've done for two of them honking didn't work and I had to drop to nav beacon. The third one just told me where to go as soon as I dropped to the system before I even honked. I think it's a bug rather than a new thing.
