Noob question:

Hello all,

Just picked up ED from steam about a week ago. I have been pretty successful with Google in answering my questions so far but I'm stuck on this one.

It appears that 3.3 just came out not to long ago and some king of change was made to how the ADS is obtained? I'm not sure if it can still be purchased or is now included with ships? Just did an upgrade to the Cobra MKIII is it makes any difference.

I've used some of the third party "finders" but when I go to a station/hub that should carry them there are none to be found.

I use a Logitech G19 keyboard and one of the users here (don't remember the name offhand - sorry) made a really nice profile for ED. In his thread though I guess the API that he relies on was changed by the devs so parts of it aren't working at present. If this change affects his app does it also affect other third part sites (so the information may not be correct)?

ADS is no longer a thing you can buy, correct. As of 3.3 it's replaced by the FSS which is built into the ship.
