At least I found a solution. Under the Right panel is under SHIP a point Advanced Docking Computer ON/OFF. It stands on OFF status. Today I received a reply from Frontiers ticket counter:

I startet a Ticket on December 2, now I got a pre-scribed answer which astound me. I never used Steam and I haven't a Steam library. Above tips are absolutely useless. I think they haven't looked at my problem at all. It was not undersigned.(Cowards) I guess they have so many tickets that they cannot react anymore. For this rubbish I waited 2,5 month? Pfffft.
