Please place the advanced movement tool closer to the scenery pieces. Since PC1 I hated that the tool was out of sight if zooming close to scenery pieces while fine alingment.
Maybe just attach it to the centre of scenery pieces...
I'm noticing this a lot now as well, it's like the red, green and blue gizmo size is relative to something that you're doing. That might be the scale size of the piece or the level of zoom. Or something else.
