I definitely think Planco packs are more worthwhile than the sims one. The EA packs are crazy. But the customers are willing to pay so they do it..
Well, if you speak about latest packs for The Sims 4, then it depends... Those bigger ones are not that bad. For 40 bucks, you can get an expansion pack with a lot of objects etc. but also with gameplay additions. Although I agree it got worse in terms of quality compared to The sims 3 or 2, but I think it´s still more worthwhile than just a mere object pack?
I find some DLCs for PlanCo rly good, but still miss gameplay changes. That´s why I hope they will actually come up with an real expansion pack this time around. With Theme Maker, I don´t think it would be wise to continue releasing such a packs.
