Brandon not as rare as you might think. I have visited the African Continent twice, and in both occasions the guides were able to take us right to them. During the second trip I had multiple sightings. They are extremely rare to see in zoos, specially here in North America, because of the focus being placed on the critically endangered Amur Leopard. Many zoos here in the U.S will have African thematic exhibitions that have Amur's instead of African Leopards. It has always being a ridiculous choice as far as I'm concern. I did rather prefer those zoos would just create exhibits that accurately represented the Amur Leopard's range instead of an African backdrop.
I'm 100 percent with you that I would absolutely love to have the African Leopard in the game, it is just stunning in every possible way. A stealth predator, with an imposing presence.
