After scanning planets where to sell scan results?

I am new into elite and thought scanning to be the thing to do. Watched so far 3 great youtube videos that explained me what to do to scan, but, none mentioned what to do, or rather, where to go to sell the results, that is why I am asking here? So you sell it later in any station? Do some stations pay more than others? Where do I even sell scan results?

Visit Universal Cartography at any station. You can only sell system scans from 20 LY+ though.

When you enter the Station Services of any station, you should find the Universal Cartography section; go there, and if your data are from sistems 20 or more Ly away from the current one, they can be sold

You need to at least travel 20 ly before any station will buy your data. So make a couple of jumps to a system with a station or outpost in it.

Docked at the station, go to starport services/Universal cartographics and you will be able to sell your data. Profits will be low at first, but once you can afford better scanners and explore further away from civilized space, you will earn more.
