Disney has announced the release in July 2019, of a fifth "Indiana Jones" directed by Steven Spielberg with Harrison Ford (74 years)

I hope Indiana Jones dies so that we don't get endless sequels… of course, even if that does happen there will be Indiana Jones Jr. Or Indiara Jones going on adventures in the noble and endless quest for MOAR MONEY!

Nothing against this if they have Harrison Ford there telling a story of his old adventure and then flash back to a younger Indy for the rest of the movie...

Or, if they need to stick with old Indy, then at least forget about the son and bring back the daughter (who appeared in the Young Indy Chronicles)!

I agree with Susimetsa, I think that would be the best way to do it. Also, finally, the plot of this new movie ought to be based on the old Lucas Arts game Fate Of Atlantis as this was by far one of the best Indiana adventure games ever made. I was so disappointed the 4th movie (Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull) wasn't based on the game. Now, maybe, they can fix that at long last.

One of my favourite games of all time, and a great series of comics too. There were never any plans to make a film of it, although an unrelated Indy film about Atlantis was mooted at one point. I think Harrison Ford is far too old for a film based on it, now.

Old Indy movies were great but that Kingdom of the crystal sniffers was seriously just

The movies always had a bit of a fantastic art, but that movie was ridculous beyond belief. if the next oen is going to be such nonsense again then, nope sry not interested.
