After the revelations of McLaren report, the WADA request the exclusion of Russia from all international events

I wonder if the World Cup 2018 in Russia will be concerned. But it would be surprising if the sanction goes beyond 2016 and the Olympic games of Rio

Given the crap going on in Rio at the moment this is probably a blessing in disguise for the Russian athletes.

Still, I am glad that they're taking doping in sports seriously. This sort of thing is absolutely ruinous to the whole concept of sport.

Sure, a nice "terrorist" attack will most likely take place there, I would stay the heck away from the Olympic in these days.

I understand that Russian athletes can enter, with strict testing, but not as representatives of Russia. A bit like Zola Bud did when South Africa was banned from competing.
