Better late than never, the AISB (Aritificial Intelligence Simulation of Behaviour) Conference is being held right now in Goldsmiths, University of London, 1=4th April, 2014.
The conference website is here.
There are many symposia, including AI in Gaming and A-Eye, Art and Nature inspired computation.
Most relevantly, one focus of the gaming symposium is procedural content generation.
