AI security patrols a bit too touchy?

Just wanted to share a rather amusing thing I saw yesterday while bounty hunting in a HiRES.

No I didn't clip one, and they didnt swarm me...I know better...I learned the hard way a while ago. Actually it was a system security eagle that clipped another security eagle....which then returned fire :eek: All while 2 system sec. anacondas circled seemingly confused about what to do as neither seemed to want to join the fight. That is until there was a winner, at which point I assume the victor was flagged as having destroyed a security ship...I assume this because the 2 anacondas then proceeded to quickly vaporize the winning eagle. And then having destroyed a security ship....the anacondas started to fight each other :D until only one remained.

Now having been rather entertained and thinking the show was over I returned to my hunting. At least until that last anaconda got near another roaming group of security ships and the fun began again. I'm guessing you all can see the pattern and guess what happened next....and continued to happen until I left that site.
 
FD should make a few changes in the AI of the security ships.
I witness shootouts between them far to often.
It is amusing at first but it becomes a bit immersion destroying if it happens all the time.
 
That was the first time I had noticed it, so it was pretty amusing to me. I could see it losing the novelty rather quickly if it becomes a regular thing.
