Glad to hear that we are getting a way to produce 4x res screenshots from the game. Here is a quick suggestion.
1. F10: Takes a screenshot in your current resolution.
2. alt+F10: Take a screenshot in your current resolution with the UI hidden.*
3. shift+F10: Take a screenshot in 4x your current resolution.
4. ctrl+F10: Take a screenshot in 4x your current resolution with the UI hidden.*
5. Give us the opportunity to re-bind the above functions to other keys, key combos or HOTAS buttons.
*Hidding the UI is done automatically when you take the screenshot, you don't have an option to preview the shot with the UI removed. Thus, you also preserve balance and discourage exploiting the mechanic for more situational awareness.
