hello question on aisling duval for the unlocking of the primatic shields, you must be imperatively at rank 3 or just 4 weeks with her is enough
because I was in rank 3 and went back down to rank 2 and I have 2 days left for the 4 weeks

You are able to do nothing at all for the first 4 weeks, then on the Wednesday gain 750 merits (in whichever way you wish )
Following the PP tick on Thursday you will have the rank to buy the PP module. (works for all powers)

Rank 3 is sufficient. You can see this in the in-game Powerplay menu

You can jump from rank 1 to rank 3 and still get the shields
