The Aisling Duval Foundation was formed by Her Imperial Highness, Princess Aisling Duval, as a way of maintaining direct influence on local politics. Whilst the AD Foundation is, primarily, a political organisation, it is most well known as a charitable organisation that helps citizens of the Empire who either feel they have no choice but to sell themselves into slavery, or are addicted to narcotics: both subjects that Princess Aisling feels very strongly about.

Best of luck with your Foundation, we in Aisling always welcome new groups to the cause. The more Commanders the better!

Your particular group was brought to my attention because of a couple of things. Your roleplay and your intended HQ.

I ran the Prismatic Imperium for the first year of its existence and I'm still heavily involved in running it. The PI is an active player group based out of Cubeo since the first wave of player factions. We run The People's Media on behalf of the PI and we're responsible for the massive CG back in February for liberating slaves. As well as the new minor faction that's recently launched in Uibuth to shut down the slave trade in our CG system.

I'd strongly advise you to avoid using Aisling Duval directly in your roleplay and your faction. It saves a lot of headaches, we got around this by inventing our own NPC, Corwin Ryan, who leads the PI and is our own mouthpiece instead of Aisling herself, something Frontier strongly dislikes and will usually reject all attempts at using the figure of Aisling Duval in player groups.

I hope this helps you in establishing a better background and finding a more suitable HQ for your faction.

Thank you for your concern, but that one bit I put there isn't the beginning or end of the story. The thread is currently more of a ... stub. Something to say "Hey, this is who we are, and here is a very very brief summary." There is a stupid amount of backstory that has gone into this, and it's mostly hidden away on the website - behind closed doors for now until everything is polished off. Frontier actually asked me to send them emails regarding a couple of things that are being kept hushed for now, so until that gets 'sorted', I'm reluctant to give out more info.
