Aisling Sealed Contracts

Probably a newb question by now, but I can't seem to find out where to pick up the sealed contracts to deliver them I understand that the wording is off, but I've been to control systems, and they don't have any for me to pick up: neither did the headquarters...

So I've tried scrounging the google, but I can't see where anyone actually says where they pick these up. Any help would be much appreciated!

Currently at Chelomey Orbital in Cubeo, and I have nothing to pickup with the "Asset Grab"; no slider for contracts to pick up. Very frustrating, as I'd like to do my part and help out.

You are in the Cubeo system which is headquarters for Aisling Duval which is where you get Programme Materials to fortify Control systems.

I finally made it to a Control system (Woyo Mina) & re-read the explanation. It looks like you have to go to an Expansion system to pick up Sealed Contracts at a station there & then deliver them to a Control system (eg like Woyo Mina Cannon Vision as it has an option to accept them).

I've been to the expansion system and get the same message and no option to get them. Also just went to Ch'eng with no options for these either. I can get media materials, but not contacts... Very frustrating.

I haven't tried powerplay myself, so am no expert. However, it seems there are a load of powerplay issues/bug threads since the new update, so maybe what you are getting is a symptom of it being basically bugged now...

Ch'eng isn't an Expansion system for Aisling at this time. What system did you go to first?

According to the PP Expansion Tab for Aisling, you have to go to either Lambda-1 Tucanae or Shabos systems to collect Sealed Contracts. I'll check one out once I've made my fortification run.

Update: Just arrived at Lambda-1 Tucanae Riess Hub & see what the OP is reporting, the station is asking for deliveries instead of providing Sealed Contracts. It looks like you can't do this part of PP at this time since it does appear to be borked!

It looks like Frontier have made a change since I did this in GPP1 which is what my original answer was based on. I recall then getting Sealed Contracts at Control systems that were accepting my Programme Materials for fortification. I then delivered those to the Expansion system(s). It appears that no system in GPP3 is providing Sealed Contracts at the moment.

Just trying to make heads or tails of this whole thing. Like why it works for some and not others. Eliminated the system aspect :)

Update- at Bell Dock in Zhao; no option for contracts :/ Server #48, if that might make a difference?

Hit Cubeo. If not friendly, work it it. I left Cubeo with over 5.5 million credits in cargo and delivered with less thanm100k in fines
