Albino animals I still want in-game

I'm loving that we're getting variants added to animals that didn't have them before, and new ones to some that did (thank you for the king cheetah!)
But there's still some animals in the game that have recorded examples of color mutations, that for some reason are not in the game?

King penguins are the top of my "please add an albino form" because I want that lemon pie looking one specifically

Totally. I think we'll get some, and also update 1.12 brought some hope, as the reindeer had its color mutation updated, something I didn't think they'd ever do (redoing DLC animals years later)
