Just a heads up, you might want to check how much cargo is actually registered for community goal in Alcor system. I've bought about 10800 tonnes of Thermal Cooling Units from Matheti which I transferred to my fleet carrier, then sold them in Alcor system at Macdonald Settlement and only 5760 units are recognised in transaction panel.

Mission Board, then the Community Goals button at the top (you don't need to be in Alcor to sign up, just in your ship anywhere with a mission board)

Even though you have to sell these commodities by transferring them to a ship and going to port, is this also evident when selling single ship-loads (not FC quantities)? I'm just trying to get a sense for whether the discrepancy shows up beginning with your first ship-load, or if there's some other odd thing happening when selling many loads/

The CG panels have a lot of caching but I've never seen them fail to catch up in the end before ... does it still show you as short after a relog or a change of system?

The Transactions panel is notoriously slow to update. The correct and updated amount that you have contributed is visible in the Mission Board under the community goal listing at the top.
I've restarted the game, log back in a few hours later, checked both transaction panel and Mission board->Community Goal, still shows 5760t only...

I've checked the journals and I indeed fill up the fleet carrier with 10800t but sold only 5760t after jumping it 2 times around Alcor system because I didn't keep evidence on how much cargo is reported by the fleet carrier after transferring it to ship. I'll do a few more runs today or tomorrow to check if this happens again.

it does, just re-log. I had same, took like 3 loads and it didn't go up, but once I re-logged, it showed correct number.
I somehow managed to get 705 units into a 704 unit T9.... became a major problem when none of it would sell to the market in Alcor...!!
I restarted the game a few times but still didn't change.
As I understand from reading on a Discord is that if you setup a sell order in your carrier and all commodities gets sold, that order is still there and hidden so when you add more commodities to the carrier then the sell order becomes active... I guess I should have checked the market, but that would explain why I thought I had more commodities when in fact someone landed on my fleet carrier and bought them.
Did you screw someone over? That's the only way I could see that happening. If you didn't, I'm sorry it happened. Also, hopefully you still get the fsd's when they arrive. The 75% threshold was around 3k when I was there.
