Alien message?

Hi All,
This is my first post other than my intro.
I found this planet (BLEIA EOHN EP-E B4-7 6A) and it looks odd, the craters are too regular. Is it a bug or an alien race sending a message.

That's just a side effect of the Stellar Forge trying to evenly space out craters of a particular size. It's been like this since Horizons first launched.
