hi not sure whats going on but the message system when your scanning the oblisk's is bugged, some times when its wrong items in cargo you dont get the message till you try again so you have no idear if its right or not please fix this i have spent hours doing this and now im so lost as to whats been done and whats not been done, am i the only one thats this is happening to or is any one else getting this ????

Sadly, its looking like this is bugged in several ways. Obelisks don't appear to be resetting in single player instances in the same way as they are in multiplayer. As you point out the messages from Ram are chaotic this seems to be pretty similar for everyone regardless of game mode.
