Alien Spire or Bug

Was exploring Merope 5c, when I came across a crashed SRV, next to it was a tall spire, but when I get close it disappears. It could be just a bug but it's still cool. I'm uploading a video at the moment (my internet is slow so it will take a while)

Seen similar bugs that create 20km tall monoliths and 25km deep sinkholes. As far as bugs concerned this one is kinda cool.

Its a convincing looking bug seing as it casts a shadow.

Could also be the result of someone in an Eagle trying to flee from the insides of the planet.

I used to have a fun looking bug where planet surfaces were covered in spikes like that. Updating my GPU drivers fixed it. It was pretty weird when I flew near a surface, as huge spikes would start growing and eventually reach about 1km high. I finally got around to upgrading the driver when I got my Asp stuck sideways between a forest of spikes trying to dock on Eurybia.
