We all know that FDev added some cool organic and inorganic alien stuff to the game, but I had no idea FDev added so many variations. I am impressed.

That can't be right (takes deep breath and ….).
This game is in maintenance mode, nothing has been added since release, there is nothing to see in the game, there is no gameplay, this game is a mile wide and an inch deep, no one works on this game anymore, do you have to pay in Arxs to see these new alien thingies, how many Arxs do you get if you find one, why are people getting Arxs for finding one when I don't get any Arxs for finding something else …….

I've yet to see a lagrange cloud that includes those lightning effects shown in the 3.3 trailer... do they even exist?

Ah that would've been my follow up question. Not very useful the codex (such a missed opportunity the whole thing really - one of my only major disappointments with 3.3).Yes. You can check on youtube, plenty of people have found them. They don't come up as anything distinct in the codex, so it's pot luck as to whether your lagrange cloud has a lightning storm in it.
Presumably once a lightning storm, always a lightning stormAh that would've been my follow up question. Not very useful the codex (such a missed opportunity the whole thing really - one of my only major disappointments with 3.3).
I presume though that they're static i.e. if I google a specific location the chance of spotting those lightning effects isn't based on RNG, right?
Yup.Presumably once a lightning storm, always a lightning storm
Perhaps this bug will get addressed now... finally.Well it was a cool idea - but wait until you've traveled 100.000LY and finally find a new one (not in Codex for Sector) - only to find out it's one of the many many bugged unscannable Objects
Nope, that's not nice.
Ever since Codex release, we only really have two variants :/
- those that properly work and can be scanned
- those that don't... and still don't.... and still don't despite dozens of Bug Reports
Yamiks, you've already posted this on your main account![]()
