Alioth System Permit - I'm allied rep with Alioth Independents, but no permit mission?

Hi,

Still playing on my 3rd CMDR account, and looking to get an ASP Exp next, so getting the Alioth permit makes it 20% cheaper.

Never had an issue getting permits on my other 2 accounts, but I'm just not seeing any permit acquisition mission from Alioth Indys. (Yes I've logged out, gone to Stations, Planetary Bases, and the Megaship Merediths Dream - obviously all within 15LY's of Alioth)

Has something changed?

Did you put it into the issue tracker? That's for reporting bugs in the game.

I just used the live chat thing - got a respose in 30 secs, and permit issued within a few mins. Just have your CMDR name and email associated with it to hand.

If you go to the support page, there should be a live chat box on the lower left - this might only be in UK office hours though, as I don't see it now. Otherwise just open a ticket.

Well, I got queued. Still waiting.

They sent me an email after the live chat apparently was overrun when I tried to contact them.
I now have my permit.

It took a while but Agent Nova sent a permit to my account. All good.
