Just down the road from you - sort of - in Denver. Six years here now. Yes I have Indian grocers locally, but their samosas are not a patch on what I could get in the UK. So I buy their ingredients and make my own. I have to say though, samosas are fiddly and I'm lazy, so onion bhajis and all shades of curry sauce are my preference as a chef.Whereabouts in the Wild West?I'm from London, but I've been stuck in Kansas for the past twenty years...
