All portraits to use 'Front-End' shader variant

From the new patch notes:
Fixed Holo-Me UI getting tinted by custom UI colors - meaning that the full-color thumbails of various things don't match what's rendered. This UI now uses the 'Front-End' shader variant, which ignores color tinting (like the galaxy map)

This begs a question - why can the portraits used in general use the Front-End shader variant? This will allow us to edit our HUD colors without the annoyance of dodgy NPC portraits. Sounds like the ability to do this is already there........

Also this could be applied to ship skins, which are also affected.

Please FDEV - fix this for us for 2.3
