All system map undiscovered?

Anyone else getting this?

Out in the black, thought I was getting a few first discoveries, but after a few stars in a row I checked the bubble and nothing has been discovered.

Logging in and out didn't help.

You must deliver your explorer data to a station and sell there.

I know that. I mean even if I look at Sol (for example) there isn't a "First Discoverd by Commander Bob"

Yeh, I've just checked on PS4, you're right. A lot of the ones I've checked have no first discovered, some do.

Sol and all of the other major systems well known to mankind won't have a first discovered by tag. They were already known to all players when the game launched. Check Sag A* instead, should have a tag by Zulu Romeo.

All the systems that say undiscovered will have a tag once they’re discovered. It’s a bug.
The chance of a sysmtem being both undiscovered (by the player) and not hanging a first discovered by tag within the bubble must be nearly zero.

OP said that the systems in the bubble were undiscovered.

Op can I clarify, are you getting the red system marker for SOL or SHINRARTA?
