Not entirely sure since I haven't tried it myself, but this was in the patch notes:

- Adding valuable salvage convoys to three permitted systems: LFT 509, Isinor, Witch's Reach

Maybe the convoys are similar to the "seeking luxuries" waypoints. If anyone is near those areas to confirm it would be much appreciated

It's possible that doing salvage at these dedicated salvaging beacons is allowed in the system, so that good there aren't marked as stolen. Or maybe you'll earn a permit to salvage there by being friendly with the ruling faction.

May I ask how you got those AI Relics?
Did you find a station you can buy them on or did you find them in an USS type event from killing NPCs?
