I tried applying lemon juice. Sadly it just made a mess of my screen. I tried rubbing it too, but no genie appeared...

Seriously, I'm surprised and not surprised. Galnet is such a useful game tool that I subscribe to it with my RSS reader and I like to see Frontier using it. But I've also noticed that their response time for fixing problems with it is loooong, as if its maintenance seems a long way down their priority list. :(
