A silly question but where is the Alliance located? I am presently in SOL.

Capital is at Alioth, going up on the map. You need a permit to get in, but it's surrounded by other Alliance systems.

Their home system is Alioth, though you'll need a permit. They also have several of the old worlds like Lave and Leesti.

Alioth as stated above. There's ongoing event at the moment so it's quite a busy place now
