This is the second time writing this post, after submitting the first time, it never posted....
Anyway, as most new people do, I am spending most of my time farming a Resource Extraction Point (High) for bounties. Ever since I have started this, randomly I am all of the sudden ganged up and and completely devastated by the Internal Security Forces. I have lost easily more than 10M in Credits of lost bounties and ship replacement costs because of this. Initially I was sure I was doing something wrong, and I have scanned the forums for answers and followed all of the various solutions I have read in similar posts:
1) I pledged to a faction (A Lavigny-Duval) and only bounty hunt at resources extraction sites in A. Lavigny-Duval sytems (Gende specifically)
2) I have raised my reputation with all of the system's factions and the empire to allied or at a minimum friendly
3) I only use weapons on a Fixed mount rather than Gimballed or Turret so I can ENSURE each shot hits the target and no friendlies or innocent targets
4) I ONLY attack "Wanted" targets and ONLY once they have been fully scanned with a Kill Warrant Scanner
DESPITE ALL OF THIS, I have STILL been steamrolled by ALLIED security forces for no reason at all!!!
I can guarantee you that 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt, not one stray laser has landed on anything except "Wanted" scanned targets.
Do the security forces just get a wild hair up their butt and decide to be space trolls and destroy me for funzies? Is there some specific bug I am running into I am unaware of? What in the name of **** is happening?! I adore this game, but I swear nothing could destroy a game experience more than this. It is just god awful and majorly disheartening. Please help!
