Allow hardpoints to be swapped for scanners

I always find that I need more scanner slots than are available on my asp explorer can I suggest that we have the ability to swap out hardpoints for surface scanners and wake scanners planetary kill warrant etc
Or give us a dedicated electronic warfare ship able to fit lots and lots of scanners
