Allow Players to Release Exhibit Animals into the Wild

Alrighty then, so, unless I'm doing something wrong, exhibit animals cannot be released into the wild for some reason.
Yet, the exhibit management page gives us that option. So, I opened a page in the issue tracker so that we can vote on it and hopefully it gets fixed.
