Allow to disembark mid-air, on foot or in SRV, when speed is 0 at low altitude.

Recalling our ships when on a difficult terrain (or maybe high-risk area?) sometimes causes them to hover over the ground at low altitude and project boarding area on the ground, or when in SRV, open cargo bay door and we have a chance to navigate the terrain and be scooped up. Ship never lowers landing gear in those instances.

I'd like if we could also disembark, when the terrain doesn't allow landing, at the same low altitude, when ship is 'stationary' (hovering), both with SRV or on foot. If neccessary, make the 'disembark' or 'deploy' button countdown on focus, much like self-destruct or reboot-repair option does. Whether ship is auto-dismissed or hovers around for a while before flying off is up to you, whatever is easier to implement. I'm thinking of Frontline Solutions dropships hovering for a few seconds, enough to not kill dropped soldiers, and then flying off.

This would help in cases when e.g. I'll find that elusive, third unfungoida colony on the top of a mountain.

Thanks
