Allow us to see ship kit in holographic dashboard display

I have a ship kit (the pieces that we can add to the exterior of our ships... e.g., spoilers and such) that I really like. The only time I get to see it is when I start the camera and look at my ship. That's kind of awkward. So, in an effort to increase the opportunities we get to view the awesome ship kits that we paid real money for, I suggest allowing us to see out kitted ship outline in the holographic display on the ship's dashboard. Just as a reminder of how awesome our ship looks.

Thought last night how it should be like this. I think a lot of players take pride in the ship they've worked to get. It would be nice to see the true representation of that; at least its wireframe form. A small thing, but it does enhance the connection to one's own ship.

Why? How does this request justify the development requirement?
Hint: It doesn't.

Standard display in your cockpit that wouldn't get updated to match the add-ons you bolt onto your ship.
