Allow us to specify when to turn on "orbital lines"

The only time I ever use "orbital lines" is when scooping or approaching a planet with the intention to land on it. It would be great if we could have a setting that did just that - turn on orbital lines only when scooping and/or landing.

That's what I do too now. Every. Single. Time. But it could be automated with the appropriate settings flags. Hence, the suggestion.
