Allow user to create paintjob for Frontier to sell : Copy Counter Strike Go Skins model

Frontier should copy Counter Strike Go skins models.
User are allowed to create skins, that are then elected or not and then sold by the company.

The one who created the paintjob should got it for free once it is for sale.

It would bring Frontier a lot of money that could be used to bring what the community wants about the game.

They already ran a paint job competition. They picked some winners which will go on sale sometime. The winners get their design free, plus a few copies for friends.
