Allowed to load client for a friend to play the demo?

Quick question on the EULA versus game client functionality. It specifies that we can load the game only on one machine for our own personal use.

However, the game client allows for anyone to play the demo without logging in.

Therefore, is it allowed for me to load the client on a friend's computer so they can play the demo, in order to decide whether to buy the game or not?

it's a "demo" so it shouldn't be a problem otherwise they would have made it mandatory to log on wouldn't they? I don't think it's an issue.
