Oh yes, without doubt it's my most favourite game ever, even in it's alpha stage, the graphics and details are just stunning, and the water actually looks really nice, that was the one thing I had doubts over I must admit,........not all praise yet though, we've yet to see how the 'water rides' will work with it, and how other things interact...swans, ducks etc [big grin]

Itching now to see how the 'transport' rides are coming along, and some of those personal individual rides I liked from 'rct',...... Go karts, Spiral Slide, Dodgems, Maze, Haunted House, Mini Golf, it won't be the same without those [wink]

Keep up the great work Frontier [up]

Many improvements in this alpha. Only played with a handful of them but everything I've tried so far looks and works great. I tried to take the new rectangular hedge row and put it in the ground to simulate grass looks really good, I'm really hoping for grass in the final build as it would certainly pull all the bare areas together better.

The workshop is already overwhelming but love the new blueprint system, it's great I can blueprint my own work and use it over and over and even have the option to publish to the steam workshop or not. Like the new category system you are using to split up buildings and props, really helps to filter down the list. Still playing around but looks excellent so far. The multi select tool is going get used heavily as well, great addition.

*Edit*- NoNameCity - I too had doubts about the water, did not show well in the videos but looks good in game.

Props again Frontier alpha 3 is stunning just got home and just played an old saved park I'm still in shock.....

Congratulations Frontier! Best update yet (despite my 1 crash), definitely feels more engaging now as the management is introduced.

I agree it's amazing. The water looks and seems to works amazingly. Needs some water plants and ducks at some stage though.
The main thing I have noticed so far though is that you still can't raise land under paths (which is really annoying) and getting paths to do what you want them to do is still challenging at times (partly to do with interaction with terrain as above). I still think it needs some sort of menu for 'viewpoints' so that we can save our favourite peeps / locations / beauty spots / workers / coasters to a menu for quick access again and again. But so far brilliant. Also feel that when viewing (riding with?) a peep or worker as well as being able to 'save'/ bookmark that peep or worker we should be able to double click to switch to a different person/worker!
Someone feel free to move this to 'suggestions'/'feedback' at some stage but wanted to air my first impressions (Plus who knows there may be a way already to do some of this). Can't wait to explore more. Btw: Also love to Coaster 'results' and real-time monitoring - great stuff!
Performance and fps are struggling in my 6000 peep park still but I feel I am overdue for a Graphics card upgrade so poss not surprising.

As I understand it, Graphics don't matter has much as CPU power with this game, that would be my first port of call.

Great game. I'd rate this game the best game which has ever been made in 2016. I have an AMD R9 390 and 6th gen Intel Core i7-6700k and with 4,000 people in one of my older parks from Alpha 2, I can still play this game on MAXED OUT settings in 1920x1080 and still get 30-48fps. Don't believe me?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sy1cB8ro_go

The game will take some getting use to since they added A LOT of new features with Alpha 3. But.... where's the Security Staff? I'm going to create a brand new park try and get the population to 3,000 or 4,000. I'll mainly add the new rides and coasters and add some of my favourite rides/coasters from Alpha 2. And of course, waterfalls, lakes, and scenery. I read that people on here are getting bad fps with GTX 1080 and GTX GPU's. Even my AMD R9 390 which is better than the GTX 970, is handling the game fine with the help of my high end quad core processor.

Oh yeah, when Alpha 2 was out, I tried having 10k people in my park. I got 11-21fps while playing it on maxed out settings in 1920x1080.

The new alpha is slightly bugged (as expected) but ridiculously good. Especially the new lighting shaders.
