Alpha Backers get boxed edition etc?

dont Aplha backers get the boxed edition included with a t shirt included?

along with -

sol pass
free choice of 1 of 5 ships at a later date
50% off insurance

and other rewards?

help required as i want a boxed edition as well for the nostalgia etc.

I think the boxed collectors edition was a KS reward @ £85 and over

It's not just Alpha Backers. I'm a kickstarter backer and one of my rewards was the Boxed version of the game.
Some response from Frontier on this matter would be nice!

Yes it was a kickstarter reward.

If mine arrives before xmas, I plan on leaving it unopened and wrapping it as an xmas gift to myself

The evidence should be on your backers page.

Alpha level was definately a boxed version with backers t-shirt (now polo shirt from what i hear) and a hard copy of the dark wheel.

Yes. Anyone who backed the KS over £60 gets the boxed edition, anyone who backed over £90 gets the premium boxed edition (which includes a t-shirt that turns in to a polo shirt and a printed version of the follow up to The Dark Wheel).

Kickstarter Special: Have the option to start in the founder's world with any starter ship and 4,000 CR. Note: any Kickstarter decal-carrier will be able to travel to this secret system in gameplay.

You should check the Backers site for the rewards you will receive. If you're entitled to the Premium Box set you need to specify your Polo Shirt size ASAP.

When did you back to Alpha? If it was before Alpha 1.0 was released then you should get any KS pledge tier rewards associated with Alpha backing - these were available up until just before Alpha 1.0 release from the Backers App. When the Backers' App closed and the store opened KS pledge tier rewards were not available to new backers.

Unfortunately, you will not receive any of the KS pledge tier rewards (unless, of course, they were included in the purchase from the store) then as you backed after the Backers' App closed.
