There needs to be a way to jump from one star to another in the Alpha Centauri system. I was not able to jump to Proxima (where my mission was located) after jumping into AC. I was only able to supercruise and it was going to take over 2 hours of real time to make the journey, which neither myself or my mission had to spare. I figure if any distance has a LY attached to it and not a LS, you should be able to jump quickly to that location. Thank you!

took me nearly 2 ours in my Alpha Backer upgraded Cobra and engines set to max, I even hit 2,000 x speed of light!!!!
started out at 0.22LY from Proxima
Every star should have a nav beacon IF the system is inhabited (maybe for explored systems too. Unexplored should not have nav beacons.
Nav beacons also need to be further away from their respective stars - I would suggest 50LS.
If jumping to unexplored systems without nav beacons, then you would jump to the star (5-10LS distance)

How relaxing that would have been. Kicking back in the seat, put on something classical from the ship's library and watch the wonders of the galaxy go by!
