Greetings! Have you considered lowering that bitrate? I had a 6500K that would die at 2750. It literally could not transcode without eating up 99% of the CPU.

http://twitch.tv/JordanMRichardsFirst, I am sorry I have not been streaming as much as I can, but there are a few reasons why
1. Real Life issues, mostly with my current state of health and me being on the final stages of Cystic Fibrosis, I am currently doing a lot to try to get myself through the process of getting on the lung transplant list.
2. I also watch and commentate on another friends stream, named SacredHooves.
3. I also stream to Hitbox, and it's been a pain to try to find a good multi-site streaming service. I have a few followers on Hitbox, and no one really on Twitch, plus Twitch issues with stream lag leaves me not knowing the best overall settings. Also because Comcast is a thing.
4. I do not keep a regular schedule for stream times, as it has not worked out well in the past.
But, I do hope to be streaming as much as I can. Once again, I am sorry that I can't stream every day, but Reason #1 takes a lot out of me mentally as well as physically.
