Alpha Upgrade

I'm confused I'm trying to upgrade my Beta Premium today so I can play with my mate but when I add it to the checkout it is still asking for £200.
I have no idea how to get past that and get my Alpha today.
Do I need to contact Frontier and will I get an answer on a bank holiday
Very sad person here if I have to wait

you have to contact support for a discount code, im trying to do the same and am awaiting a response as well.

In another thread i was advised to email support@zaonce.net and give details to them.

I have also logged into https://store.zaonce.net/elite-dangerous-cat.html and contacted support from there, they are open 9am to 17:30 pm.

Are you sure you get to the very last screen before you confirm payment? Apparently the discount doesn't show until the very final screen.

Its been posted they stopped the code being added automatically, i have a pic below showing the final screen, and im a premium beta.

If you have time and money I’d say go for it, how much did you pledge on kickstarter if you don’t mind me asking? It could cost you from £50-100 to upgrade from beta to alpha. I have thoroughly enjoyed the beneficial experience since upgrading on 10th April. Do you have the time to test-play the alpha sufficiently to justify the cost?? It’s not how long we have alpha for but how much time you can commit to alpha.

no not long at all, cant believe there is nothing in place over the bank holiday to be able to purchase the upgrade.
