Alpha2, Coasters not filling up now?

This may be entirly because these two coasters were bult in the original Alpha but anyone else have their coaster not filling properly? Even though ive got a huge queue, they are running 2/3 empty,

You can see here that only half the people in the waiting gates actualy get on the coaster,

I'd imagine it would be because they were built in alpha 1. Have you built a coaster from scratch in alpha 2 to test it out?
 
I have a problem, that the newest coaster i built, people arent really queueing up, like they do the other coasters.... Its even the most smooth one...
 
I was guessing it might be an Alpha 1 thing, but it's a ❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ of alot of work to rip it out and rebuild it!
 
seems to me it all depends on the coaster,i have built 4 coaster's.3 of them have long lines, the 4th one, maybe one or 2 people,i am guessing that maybe it's to intense or to boring.i don't know if thats even been added to the sim.anyway i am gonna demolish the empty coaster and build another.
 
Am starting to notice that the population cap is no longer big enough for the amount of rides/coasters I now. The knock on effect of this is most peeps will ride the rides closest to the entry and miss out on the rides/coasters more in the distance, Those rides tend to get a few people at a time, One of my rides hasn't got anyone in a good while..
 
I know how to fix that issue! The reason it's doing that is it's the wrong train type for the track which alpha one let you do. What you need to do is close the ride, go to the 'testing' tab, start the test, then click on end testing and open up the ride again. When you do that, the correct car will appear on the track!

You missunderstand, its not that people dont want to use it, I have people lining up around the block, its just that only a third of the seats got taken. However, this is an Alpha1 map so I'll rebuild with A2 coasters and report back.
 
Hey. It happened on one of my Alpha 1 coasters (blue). I edited the track minimally, smoothed a bit out, retested and reopened and it's now fine.
 
I have massive queue's on a coaster from Alpha 1 that I have edited since with the update, problem is not many people are using 360 Power, Insanity or Kick Flip for me in 2 parks.

i have the same issue with the same flat rides, i have noticed if you theme a coaster, it does seem to draw more lines,the launch coaster i only had a few people ride it, so i demolished it.out of 6 coaster's in my park 4 of them have long line's.it's as if they get bored with them after awhile.not sure why the flat rides are doing this.
