I don't know about a European Mountains theme that seems niche. However a Mountains DLC has some potential though. Cougars, Alpaca, Spectacled Bears, Wild Yak would be pretty sweet

This for the BIOME, also it isn't all europe because there is a mountain goat and a cougar

I agree with this, eventually environments, biomes and just animal packs from particular regions, continents or countries will be the way to go without too many themes that haven't already been covered in a sense.

I understood completely, it wouldn't sell imo. Especially the hare. But a mountain dlc representing the entire earth would probably sell a lot more.
