Altering tram speeds

I watched a video someone had made of a tram tour, with the tram stopping for certain periods to watch an event along the way, I’ve designed my own, but can’t find anywhere to temporarily slow the vehicles down. I’m probably being really dumb, and it’ll be quite obvious, but I just can’t see it anywhere???

If this is the new Tour Bus ride, then you need to look at the types of track you can lay down.

There is a new track type called 'Pause' which causes the bus to slow down and stop for a short period and then move off again.

I've used it on the Tour Bus and it might be available on other rides too - I've not checked.
